A five step process has been set up for selection of each candidate.
1. UNDERSTANDING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Respective ‘Field expert’ of ‘Team Cogneo’ interact with ‘client’ regarding understanding of exact requirement of a job profile. This enquiry is not limited to the nature of work but also for other parameters such as psychological requirement, location based requirement etc.
2. INITIAL SCREENING OF CANDIDATES
Based on data bank of ‘Cogneo’, preliminary screening done for candidates who are potentially suitable for the required profile. Each of the candidate is interacted to understand whether they are really interested in carrier opportunities.
If the ‘Field expert’ realizes that a specific candidate is fit for the required position, the candidate’s resume is forwarded to next step.
3. DETAILED INTERVIEW & COUNSELLING
Respective Field expert conducts a detailed interview as well as psychometric test of each candidate keeping in view of the client needs. If the candidate is appeared to be suitable for the desired post in all the respects, he/she is shortlisted for the next step.
4. SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES ARE SHARED TO CLIENTS
Based on the outcome of the in-house interview and counseling procedure, the pool of shortlisted candidates are shared to the client as ‘Cogneo Assured Candidates’.
5. ASSISTANCE IN HIRING PROCESS
‘Team Cogneo’ takes active participation during the entire hiring session by the client. This involves active support for fixing interview schedules as well as candidate management during the period.
